Payment Policies

 

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Payment is due at time of appointment.  I don’t accept insurance since my work does not include medical or psychological treatment. It’s important to me that my sessions and workshops are widely accessible to all, therefore I take 3 sliding scale sessions per month. Payment plans and sliding scale rates to accommodate limited incomes are offered on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact me and inquire. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Payment in full is due prior to the initial session unless payment plan is secured or agreed upon.
1 Hour and 2 Hour Sessions: Client must notify me in writing (email or text acceptable) no less than [24] hours prior to the session, in order to reschedule the appointment or to receive a full refund. All appointments missed or not cancelled within this time frame will be charged in full. 

4 week Program: Client must notify me in writing (email or text acceptable) no less than [24] hours prior to the first session to receive a full refund of all fees.  If client notifies me in writing (email or text acceptable) following the first session in the Program but no less than [24] hours prior to the second session in the Program a partial refund will be given. All appointments missed or not cancelled within this time frame will be charged in full.
